Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executives to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales. Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products/services and generate interest
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with leads and ensure conversions
- Maintain records of calls and sales details in the system
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation completed (mandatory)
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales process
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
