Influencer Marketer
Role Overview
* As a Influencer Marketer Manager, you will identify, onboard, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, models, and UGC talent for D2C brands.
* Your mission is to ensure a consistent, high-quality flow of performance-driven video content by building long-term creative partnerships.
* This is a desk-heavy outreach and relationship role with strong communication and negotiation focus.
Key Responsibilities
* Creator & Influencer Sourcing
* Identify potential influencers, creators, and models aligned with brand positioning
* Use online tools, platforms, and manual research to build talent pipelines
* Evaluate creators based on audience fit, content style, and performance potential
Outreach & Negotiation
* Initiate conversations via email, DMs, and calls
* Negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights
* Close partnerships efficiently while maintaining cost discipline
Relationship Management
* Build long-term partnerships with high-performing creators
* Maintain regular communication to ensure repeat collaborations
* Grow a vetted creator network across categories
Coordination & Execution
* Brief creators clearly on campaign goals and performance angles
* Coordinate timelines and ensure content delivery
* Work closely with Creative Lead and Performance team to align content with growth experiments
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 1 – 4 years experience in sales, recruitment, vendor management, influencer marketing, or partnerships
* Comfortable with tech and AI tools
* Should be hands-on with Instagram, google search and other tools.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Comfortable making outbound calls and pitching
* Highly proactive in outreach and follow-ups
* Skilled in online research and digital tools

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
