Job Summary
The Warehouse / Production Staff is responsible for supporting the assembly of electric scooters, handling and managing vehicle parts, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth warehouse and production operations. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and teamwork to achieve production targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Assembly
- Assist in the assembly of electric scooters as per company standards and procedures.
- Fit and assemble vehicle components, including electrical and mechanical parts.
- Perform basic quality checks during and after assembly.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety gear.
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, store, and organize incoming materials and spare parts.
- Handle loading, unloading, and movement of inventory within the warehouse.
- Maintain proper stock arrangement and storage practices.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock verification activities.
Parts Handling
- Identify, sort, and issue parts required for production.
- Ensure proper handling of batteries, controllers, motors, and other EV components.
- Report damaged, missing, or defective parts to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper labeling of parts and materials.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
Qualification & Requirements
- Education: Madhyamik (10th Pass), Higher Secondary (12th Pass), or ITI (any trade).
- Age: 20–35 Years.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical components is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse and production activities.
- Ability to work in a team and meet production targets.
