Job Title: Service Engineer – OR integration
Location: Delhi, North region, PAN India
Job Description:
On-site customer support, system integration and coordination with internal teams to
ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Relevant experience in medical devices, working with audio visual systems and software
platform.
Integrate medical devices such as surgical cameras, 4K displays, video routing systems,
control interface with our product.
Knowledge of panel installation.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by customers.
Give remote assistance for software / hardware updates.
Provide technical support and prepare user training manual.
Follow up with internal team and vendors for timely delivery.
Prepare service report, documentation and user manual.
Performing demonstrations and assisting surgeons.
Technical Skill:
Hands on in communication protocol, like, Cat6, RJ45, LAN networking, HDMI devices.
Basic understanding of AVoIP streaming
Computer Hardware and software troubleshooting is advantageous
Soft skills:
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work independently and in critical environment
Willingness to travel across India is preferred
Education:
B.Sc., B.Tech / B.E.
Experience:
2 -3 years’ experience in medical equipment service.
Candidate having work experience in clinical environment is preferred.
