About the Role
Awign Enterprises Private Limited is hiring a Parts Executive to support Parts Operations during multiple product launches and increased supply chain activities. The role focuses on spare parts planning, SAP operations, procurement, inventory coordination, vendor management, and timely order execution to ensure seamless business operations and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate MSS allocation, STO creation, material receipt tracking, and order execution with internal teams.
Follow up on IDK/IWK back orders, parts availability, and high-value/ageing inventory with sourcing teams.
Manage accessories orders, warehouse coordination, vendor follow-ups, and critical parts execution.
Resolve SAP issues, including IDOC errors, incomplete logs, account view issues, and Parts Master updates.
Create Purchase Orders (POs), manage local procurement, packing lists, dispatch documentation, and vendor payments.
Support CKD FOC orders, trial parts dispatches, warehouse migration activities, royalty calculations, invoice generation, audit documentation, and MIS reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Parts Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or the Automotive industry.
Working knowledge of SAP (STO, PO, IDOC, Master Data) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
