Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Lead the sales strategy and execution for Aurum Seven / Aurum Helios / Aurum Oshiwara, ensuring alignment with Aurum Privée’s luxury brand positioning.
- Engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-luxury clientele, establishing strong relationships and trust.
- Conduct personalized property presentations and tours, highlighting bespoke amenities and the exclusive features of Aurum Seven / Aurum Helios / Aurum Oshiwara.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining a focus on high conversion rates.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to design and implement targeted campaigns that attract the right clientele.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, finance, and legal, to ensure a smooth transaction process for clients.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are met.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies and maximize project success.
- Deliver exceptional post-sales service, maintaining relationships with buyers to ensure satisfaction and potential referrals. Report on sales performance, forecasts, and trends to senior management for strategic decision-making.
