We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in the Vasna Bhayli Road area of Vadodara. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, site visits, and closing property sales for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through calls, references, walk-ins, and digital platforms
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct property site visits and project presentations
- Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain customer relationships
- Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for lead management
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with local real estate market trends in Vadodara
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Vadodara real estate market preferred
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and WhatsApp communication
- Own vehicle preferred
Qualification:
- Graduate in any field
- MBA/Marketing background preferred but not mandatory
