Skills and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve unstructured problems
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- HIVE, SAS, SQL, Excel (Good to have -Python)
- Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of management
- Demonstrate positive attitude, agility, and willingness to learn and develop. Ability to work independently in a fast paced, structured, high-volume environment with minimal supervision
- Strong flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple tasks within stringent time frames while maintaining accuracy
