We are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager for our FMCG division at Jalan Complex. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in operations, sales coordination, and team management within the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Handle sales and distribution activities
- Monitor inventory levels and stock management
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare regular reports and performance updates
- Support management in achieving business targets and KPIs
- Ensure proper execution of operational processes
Candidate Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in the FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of operations, sales, and distribution
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
