Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall territory operations and ensure smooth execution of IFMS activities across assigned Retail Outlets.
- Supervise field teams, monitor daily work, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with BPCL officials, vendors, and internal teams for operational support and issue resolution.
- Ensure quality execution of maintenance, vendor activities, and equipment performance.
- Maintain compliance with HSSE standards and achieve zero safety incidents and BPCL penalties.
- Prepare and submit daily MIS, operational reports, and required documentation.
- Train, guide, and monitor the performance of Team Leads, Supervisors, and field staff.
- Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and attendance/leave verification.
- Assist in IT, automation, and SOR project execution to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify operational issues, escalate when required, and ensure timely closure.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Facility Management, Retail Operations, or Project Management.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,876.83 per month
