We are looking for a Seller Support Executive to join our team at an international company. The candidate will handle customer support through Email/Chat Process and resolve customer queries professionally.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹32,000 In-hand
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer concerns and manage complaints.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
- Provide accurate information to customers for issue resolution.
- Meet performance targets and coordinate with other departments for complex cases.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience: 0 – 2 years
- Freshers can also apply
- Basic communication and computer skills required
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and 5 days working
