Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end operations including printing, packaging production, and finishing
- Handle and Guide maintenance and utility team
- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of products
- Develop business strategies to expand market share
- Control operational costs and improve efficiency
- Supervise technical teams, production staff, and administrative units
- Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of printing and packaging processes
- Experience in managing large teams and production lines
- Excellent leadership, planning, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of compliance and audits
- Good exposure of 5S
- Successful track record of working in good companies
- Candidate must be from Printing & Packaging Industry
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
