Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Ecommerce Manager to oversee and grow our online business across various marketplaces and D2C platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, sales growth strategies, product listings, inventory management, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage online sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other ecommerce platforms.
* Create, optimize, and maintain product listings and catalog content.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
* Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts.
* Manage PPC campaigns (Amazon Ads, Sponsored Products, PLA, etc.) and track performance.
* Analyze sales data, advertising ROI, and marketplace metrics.
* Improve product visibility, rankings, and conversion rates.
* Handle marketplace issues, returns, claims, and account health management.
* Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Ecommerce Operations & Marketplace Management.
* Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and D2C platforms.
* PPC Advertising & Performance Marketing expertise.
* Product Listing & Catalog Management.
* Inventory & Order Management.
* Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets.
* Data Analysis & Reporting Skills.
* Good Communication and Team Management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
* Experience managing multiple ecommerce marketplaces.
* Knowledge of D2C operations will be an added advantage.
