Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Estimator & Biller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for project estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, cost analysis, and coordination with clients, vendors, and project teams. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior projects, estimation processes, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain good strategic relationships with clients, vendors, and associates.
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) as per client requirements.
- Estimate resources, materials, and manpower required for project completion.
- Conduct market research and perform market analysis for project costing.
- Prepare, review, and compare tender documents, quotations, and architectural drawings.
- Formulate project specifications and review BOQs.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates based on BOQ to finalize project budgets.
- Prepare quotations, bills, and BOM (Bill of Materials) for interior projects.
- Take site measurements and prepare measurement sheets.
- Verify and approve site measurement sheets and checklists.
- Coordinate with project teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.
- Build and maintain business relationships important for project success.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, BOM, estimation, costing, and billing.
- Good understanding of interior site requirements and materials.
- Ability to analyze market rates and vendor quotations.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any stream.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Estimation, Billing, Quantity Surveying, or Interior Projects.
- Candidate should have knowledge of preparing quotations, bills, and project cost estimates.
Pay: ₹28,233.40 - ₹32,422.24 per month
