- GIS/AIS Substation Primary Design
- HV/EHV Substation Layouts and SLDs
- Earthing & Grounding Calculations
- Lighting & Lightning Protection Calculations
- Cable Tray Sizing & Routing
- Auxiliary Transformer, LVAC/LVDC, Battery & Charger Sizing
- DG & Cable Sizing Calculations
- Conductor, Busbar, Short-Circuit Force & Cantilever Calculations
- BOQ & Technical Specification Preparation
- Vendor Drawing & Document Review
- AutoCAD, MicroStation & ETAP Knowledge
- Knowledge of IEC, IEEE & NESC Standards
Responsibilities
The engineer will be responsible for primary substation engineering and design, including layouts, SLDs, electrical calculations, cable routing, equipment sizing, BOQs, technical specifications and vendor document reviews.
We are looking for candidates with practical substation engineering knowledge and direct hands-on design experience who can work independently and as part of a project team.
IMPORTANT
Do not apply without direct hands-on substation design engineering experience. General electrical engineering experience will not be considered.
