About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with mandatory showroom experience in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating showroom sales activities, preparing quotations, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily showroom sales activities and ensure smooth customer handling.
- Prepare and share vehicle quotations with prospective customers and the sales team.
- Follow up on customer inquiries received through walk-ins, calls, and digital channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation and timely customer response.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining sales documentation.
- Ensure proper communication between customers, showroom staff, and sales executives.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks related to showroom operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Mandatory experience in an Automobile Showroom.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or similar role in the automobile industry.
- Good knowledge of quotation preparation and sales coordination processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
Mandatory Requirements
✔ Experience in the Automobile Industry only
✔ Showroom experience is mandatory
✔ 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination/sales support
✔ Ability to prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working in automobile dealerships or vehicle showrooms.
- Familiarity with customer handling and sales documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
