B2B Sales & Marketing Executive – Textile Machinery Parts

Moti Bhoyan, Kalol, Gandhinagar, Gujarat (On-site)
About Us:
We are a manufacturing company specializing in weaving spare parts such as drop wires, leno healds, jacquard hooks, and other textile components. We aim to grow through structured calling, digital marketing, and strong online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily calling to textile mills, weaving units, and potential clients
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls and online channels
- Maintain and update Excel sheets for lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversions
- Execute different marketing strategies (WhatsApp, email, and other platforms)
- Manage and maintain social media accounts (posting, engagement, replies)
- Assist in SEO optimization (basic website updates, keyword usage, content coordination)
- Share product catalogues, images, and details with clients
- Maintain daily reporting of calls, leads, and progress
Important Note:
- Client visits are NOT required
- This role is focused on calling, lead management, digital marketing, and SEO support
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, telecalling, or marketing (B2B preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel (lead tracking and data management)
- Basic understanding of SEO and social media marketing
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives
- Salary and growth will be reviewed based on work performance, consistency, and results
