- ITI Electrician / Wireman / Electrical Diploma (Preferred)
- 10th or Intermediate with relevant solar installation experience may also apply.
Experience
- 0–3 years in solar PV installation and electrical work.
- Freshers with electrical knowledge may also be considered.
Job Location
As per company project sites.
Job Responsibilities
- Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
- Perform DC and AC electrical wiring as per standards.
- Install solar modules, inverters, junction boxes, and balance-of-system components.
- Conduct inverter installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Perform cable laying, cable termination, and earthing work.
- Ensure proper mounting and alignment of solar panels.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and resolve system issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and servicing of installed systems.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Maintain daily work reports and update project progress.
- Coordinate with the site supervisor/project engineer for timely completion of work.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical installations.
- Ability to read electrical single-line diagrams (SLD) and wiring drawings.
- Familiarity with electrical testing instruments such as multimeters and clamp meters.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Ability to work at heights when required.
Preferred Requirements
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Physically fit for field work.
