Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Corporate Manager – Education Partnerships with a strong background in the education industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to build, manage, and strengthen strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities to drive institutional collaborations and business growth.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the education sector and a strong network within academic institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to establish partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities.
- Identify and approach key decision-makers including Principals, Directors, Deans, and Trustees.
- Build long-term institutional relationships to generate sustainable business opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and MoUs.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and institutional visits to promote company offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution of institutional partnerships.
- Monitor partnership performance and ensure high engagement and satisfaction levels.
- Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and industry events.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of institutional leads and provide regular progress reports to management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in the education industry.
- Proven experience in institutional sales, academic partnerships, or corporate relations.
- Strong understanding of the school, college, and university ecosystem.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel for institutional meetings and partnerships.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
