- Lead room attendants, supervisors, and laundry personnel.
- Create work shifts based on occupancy levels and operational demands
- Train team members on cleaning techniques, safety rules.
- Regularly check guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces for cleanliness and brand standards.
- Coordinate with the front office to report clean and ready rooms.
- Flag broken fixtures, lights, or hardware for the repair team.
- Track and order linens, cleaning chemicals, guest amenities, and equipment.
- Help plan and manage the departmental budget while controlling operational costs.
- Prepare daily occupancy and housekeeping reports for management.
- Solve guest issues regarding cleanliness or room comfort quickly.
- Oversee VIP room setups and special guest accommodations.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
