We are looking for a young, energetic, and responsible person to join our hostel team and assist in daily hostel operations. The role involves maintaining discipline and security in the hostel, assisting customers, and handling various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safety, security, and discipline within the hostel premises.
- Show rooms/beds to prospective customers and explain hostel facilities.
- Communicate confidently with customers and help convert inquiries into bookings.
- Monitor entry/exit and maintain overall order in the hostel.
- Assist in daily operational work and staff coordination.
- Visit market/field when required for hostel-related work.
- Support management in smooth day-to-day functioning of the hostel.
- Handle basic resident issues and report major concerns to management.
Requirements
- Young, active, and physically fit candidate.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone and WhatsApp.
- Prior experience in hostel, PG, security, sales, or operations is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
