We are hiring for a Mechanical Design Engineer (Hydraulic Power Pack & Cylinder Design)

Experience : 4+ years
Salary : Upto 7 Lakhs Per Annum
# Design hydraulic power packs, cylinders, manifolds, and hydraulic circuits as per customer requirements.
# Create 3D models, manufacturing drawings, GA drawings, and BOMs using SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, or Inventor.
# Perform design calculations for cylinder sizing, pressure, flow, pump, and motor selection.
# Select hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, motors, filters, hoses, and fittings.
# Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and project teams for seamless execution.
# Optimize designs for performance, cost, reliability, and manufacturability.
# Troubleshoot design issues and implement engineering improvements.
# Prepare technical documents, specifications, and test reports.
# Provide technical support and customized hydraulic solutions to customers.
# Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Preferred Skills:
# Strong knowledge of hydraulic system design and fluid power engineering.
# Proficiency in SolidWorks/Creo/AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
# Familiarity with ISO, ASME, and hydraulic design standards.
# Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
