Key Responsibilities
- Product Training: Educating teams on financial products like Digital Lending, Personal Loans, SME Loans, Credit Lines, and Insurance.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensuring all field and branch sales agents understand and strictly adhere to RBI, IRDAI, KYC, AML, and fair-practice guidelines to maintain audit readiness.
- Sales Effectiveness: Teaching pipeline management, lead generation, customer relationship building, and effective negotiation strategies.
- Performance Coaching: Analyzing sales data and call logs to track employee readiness and provide actionable, individualized feedback.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Domain Experience: Typically 3–5 years of experience in sales training, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI).
- Communication & Facilitation: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse learning audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in tracking sales KPIs and utilizing data to assess training impact and design personalized learning paths.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
