Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by promoting home loans and a range of financial products.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Meet assigned sales targets while ensuring consistent revenue generation.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to facilitate smooth and timely loan processing.
- Oversee collections and minimize delinquency in Early Due Accounts (EDA) as well as accounts sourced within the last year.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of sales executives to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine and strengthen sales strategies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
