ROLE OVERVIEW:
We’re hiring an experienced Video Editor to create engaging, high-quality visual content that showcases our hostels, travel stories, and local culture. The role involves frequent travel for on-site shoots and close collaboration with the digital marketing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Edit engaging videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Work on photo retouching, graphics, and basic animation as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life.
- Travel occasionally to Monkey Tribe properties for shoots and content creation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years experience in video editing/content creation (travel/hospitality preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator etc
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Basic knowledge of photography/videography is a plus.
- A creative mindset and willingness to learn and grow with the brand.
- Bonus: AI tools, motion graphics, or SEO knowledge
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
