Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Staff Leadership & Training: Recruiting, scheduling, mentoring, and supervising front desk agents, concierges, and bell staff.
- Guest Experience Management: Greeting guests, resolving complaints, and ensuring high-quality service, as discussed by Lyfe Hotels and this Scribd document.
- Operations & Logistics: Managing daily room assignments, inventory, and coordination with housekeeping for room readiness.
- Financial Responsibilities: Managing guest billing, cash handling, credit card compliance, and reviewing room revenue/occupancy forecasts.
- Administrative Tasks: Reviewing guest surveys and feedback (such as from this YouTube video and Hospitality School), managing lobby appearance, and maintaining proper front office supplies.

Pay: ₹30,607.98 - ₹45,000.00 per month
