Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise Electrical & Mechanical works at project sites.
- Monitor execution as per approved drawings and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and monitor work completion.
- Verify measurements, material usage, and contractor bills.
- Resolve site execution issues and support timely project delivery.
Qualification:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential real estate/high-rise projects.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
