Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR administration. The role supports both office staff and project/site employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Selection
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Conduct HR interviews and salary negotiations.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
2. Employee Onboarding
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Complete joining formalities and document verification.
- Create employee files and update HRMS.
- Coordinate ID cards, email IDs, and system access with the IT department.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance of office and site employees.
- Verify biometric and manual attendance records.
- Process leave applications and maintain leave balances.
- Coordinate attendance discrepancies with department heads.
4. Payroll Support
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave, incentives, and deductions.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Payroll team for salary processing.
- Assist in Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
5. Statutory Compliance
- Maintain employee records for:
- EPF
- ESI
- Professional Tax
- Labour Licence (where applicable)
- Contract Labour compliance
- Coordinate statutory documentation and audits.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws applicable to Karnataka/India.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
