Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Perform operating system installations, updates, and patches. Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions. Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN). Monitor and maintain antivirus updates and security compliance. Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues via remote or onsite assistance. Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement or repairs. Maintain asset inventory and documentation of IT equipment. Ensure timely escalation of unresolved issues to higher-level support. Support daily IT operations, including printer support, device setup, and troubleshooting.
