Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth through channel partners and strategic accounts within the domestic market. The role focuses on business development, partner management, and revenue generation while expanding the company’s market presence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic market
- Acquire and manage channel partners, resellers, and strategic clients
- Generate and close sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and key accounts
- Support partner onboarding and sales enablement activities
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for lead generation and execution
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and regular reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Channel Sales, or Account Management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling channel partners, distributors, or resellers
- Understanding of domestic market dynamics
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, IT Services, Manufacturing, or related industries
- Willingness to travel as required
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
