Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant who will be responsible for managing the financial health, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting of the company. The candidate will play a key role in cost control, cash flow management, and financial planning for our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Management
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheet, and P&L.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund requirements.
- Provide financial insights for management decisions.
2. Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST filings, returns, and reconciliation.
- Manage Income Tax compliance and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with MSME, ROC, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
3. Costing & Profitability
- Monitor product costing and margin analysis.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities in manufacturing.
- Assist in pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
4. Accounts & Controls
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and ledger management.
- Implement financial controls and internal audit systems.
5. Audit & Reporting
- Manage statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit processes.
- Prepare documents for banking, loan proposals, and financial reviews.
6. Banking & Financial Planning
- Handle banking relationships, CC/OD limits, and documentation.
- Support in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified
- 3–7 years of experience (preferably in manufacturing or MSME sector)
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act
- Experience with Tally / ERP systems
- Strong analytical and financial planning skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and costing
- Experience handling banking and MSME compliance

Pay: ₹39,512.68 - ₹50,636.58 per month
