We are looking for a specialized Magento 2 Frontend Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to revolutionize our storefront user experience. You will be responsible for moving away from bloated legacy themes and driving the implementation of ultra-fast Hyvä themes and Progressive Web Applications (PWA) to ensure top-tier performance and mobile-first responsiveness.
Core Responsibilities
- Storefront Development: Build, customize, and maintain high-performance e-commerce storefronts using Magento 2.
- Modern Architecture Implementation: Develop lightweight, lightning-fast interfaces using Hyvä Themes (Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js) and headless PWA frameworks (e.g., PWA Studio, Vue Storefront).
- Performance Optimization: Audit and optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile responsiveness to maximize conversion rates.
- API Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to seamlessly connect frontend components with Magento’s GraphQL and REST APIs.
- UI/UX Fidelity: Translate Figma/Adobe XD wireframes into pixel-perfect, clean, modular, and reusable frontend code.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of dedicated frontend development experience specifically within Magento 2.
- Theme Mastery: Strong, hands-on experience working with Hyvä Themes and modern headless Magento PWA solutions.
- Core Tech Stack: Exceptional proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS), Tailwind CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and Alpine.js.
- Build Tools & Workflows: Solid understanding of Magento layout XML, RequireJS, Knockout.js (for legacy support), and version control via Git.
- Performance Mindset: Deep understanding of web performance optimization techniques, browser caching, and asset bundling.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
