Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SFCC Principal Engineer – Tech Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce PWA Kit, and Headless/Composable Commerce, along with proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and development of SFCC commerce solutions.
- Drive implementation of Headless and Composable Commerce architectures.
- Build scalable storefronts using Salesforce PWA Kit and React.
- Optimize performance, Core Web Vitals (CWV), SSR, and hydration strategies.
- Design multi-brand and multi-region commerce platforms.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders.
- Drive Agile delivery, code quality, and engineering best practices.
- Support CI/CD implementation, monitoring, and production support.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Expert-level experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- Strong expertise in Salesforce PWA Kit and React.js.
- Deep understanding of Headless & Composable Commerce.
- Experience with SSR, rendering strategies, and frontend optimization.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, CI/CD, and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
Good to Have
- Experience with Amplience CMS or other Headless CMS platforms.
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or Splunk.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud certifications.
Pay: ₹2,600,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
