Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- Passing journal entries and maintaining ledgers
- Bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation
- Accounts payable and receivable management
- Preparation and maintenance of MIS reports
- GST data preparation and coordination for filings
- TDS workings and related accounting entries
- Handling purchase invoices, subcontractor bills, and expense tracking
- Tracking project-wise costs and maintaining supporting documentation
- Coordination with auditors, consultants, and management
- Maintaining accounting records in Tally/Zoho Books/ERP systems
- Assisting in monthly closing and financial reporting
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic compliance requirements
- Experience in construction or real estate industry preferred
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
- CA Inter candidates preferred
- Candidates with construction industry exposure will have an added advantage
