Way WeDesign is looking for a passionate and energetic Corporate Trainer for the App Project on a 6-month contract basis.
Position Details
Contract Duration: 6 Months, Location: Kochi ,Experience: 2–3 Years Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging training sessions for employees and users of the platform
- Develop training materials, presentations, guides, and onboarding resources
- Help teams understand app features, workflows, and best practices
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify training requirements
- Track trainee progress and provide regular feedback and performance reports
- Organize workshops, interactive sessions, and learning activities
- Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous learning support
Requirements
➢ Strong communication and presentation skills
➢ Experience in corporate training, employee training, or soft skills training
➢ Ability to simplify concepts and deliver interactive sessions
➢ Good organizational and coordination skills
➢ Confidence in handling group sessions and workshops
➢ Familiarity with digital platforms and learning tools is an advantage
