Shrim Institute is a fast-growing educational platform based in Patna. We specialize in imparting premium quality education for JEE/NEET, State Boards, and CBSE students from Class 6th to 12th. We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Counselor cum Telecaller to join our Patna office immediately.Key Responsibilities:
- Call prospective students and parents from the provided data channel.
- Introduce our highly affordable online and offline courses (including our flagship 4-month fast-track plans).
- Counsel parents regarding course benefits, language mediums (Hindi/English), and structure.
- Guide interested prospects to download the "SHRIM INSTITUTE" app from the Play Store and complete the admission process.
- Maintain accurate daily reports of calls, follow-ups, and closures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Motivated undergraduate final-year students may apply).
- Experience: 0 to 3 years in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Academic Counseling (EdTech/Coaching experience is a huge plus). Freshers with exceptional talking skills are welcome!
- Language: Fluent in Hindi. Basic conversational English is appreciated.
- Skills: Strong convincing power, patient listener, polite telephone manners, and comfortable with mobile apps.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
