Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining company products/services, and generating sales opportunities. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Answer inbound customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Explain company products and services clearly to potential clients.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Address customer questions and objections effectively.
- Update customer information in CRM or company databases.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
