Job Summary
BRD Car World is looking for an experienced and result-oriented CNG Manager to oversee the overall operations, sales, customer service, and business development of the CNG division. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CNG vehicles, dealership operations, team management, and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the CNG business/division.
* Drive CNG vehicle sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
* Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the CNG sales and support team.
* Develop strategies to increase CNG vehicle sales and market penetration.
* Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, and escalations effectively.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
* Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
* Ensure proper coordination between sales, service, finance, and other dealership departments.
* Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, dealership standards, and applicable safety requirements.
* Identify new business opportunities and support promotional activities for CNG products.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
* 3–7 years of relevant experience in automobile dealership/CNG/automotive sales or operations.
* Strong knowledge of CNG vehicles and the automotive market.
* Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales/business targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
* Candidates with experience in CNG vehicle sales or dealership management will be preferred.
