Key Responsibilities: Lead Management
- Answer incoming calls professionally.
- Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and website inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and event details.
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers.
Sales & Conversion
- Explain photography and cinematography packages.
- Share portfolios and pricing details.
- Handle objections and negotiate professionally.
- Follow up with leads regularly.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly booking targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with clients before and after booking.
- Ensure excellent customer experience.
- Collect reviews and referrals from satisfied clients.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain lead records in Excel/CRM.
- Track inquiry sources and conversion rates.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Update management on lead status.
Payment Coordination
- Follow up for booking advances.
- Coordinate invoice and payment confirmations.
- Ensure proper documentation of bookings.
Required SkillsMust Have
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
- Strong phone etiquette
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Confidence in handling clients
- Follow-up discipline
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business)
Preferred
- Experience in wedding/event photography industry
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer relationship management
- Knowledge of social media lead handling
Experience
- 1–3 years in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Lead Conversion
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
