Responsibility:
- Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets
- Managing distributors, wholesalers, and retail networks
- Visiting markets regularly to monitor sales and competitor activity
- Ensuring product availability and proper stock levels
- Developing relationships with retailers and key accounts
- Implementing promotional schemes and marketing campaigns
- Monitoring secondary sales and collection payments
- Training and guiding junior sales staff or sales representatives
- Preparing sales reports and market feedback for management
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding territory coverage
- Handling merchandising and visibility of products in stores
- Resolving distributor or customer issues quickly
