Olive is looking for a hands-on IT leader to build and manage our technology backbone across the head office and multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive IT strategy, infrastructure and support across Olive properties.
Manage networks, cloud, cybersecurity, hardware/software and IT assets.
Standardise property-level technology, PMS, POS, Wi-Fi and security systemsManage IT vendors, budgets and service providers.
Build scalable IT processes, support structures and documentationDrive AI, automation and technology innovation across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
6–10 years of relevant IT experience
Strong experience in infrastructure, networking, cloud and cybersecurity
Multi-location business experience preferred
Strong vendor and project management skills
Hands-on, ownership-driven and innovative mindset
Hospitality/Real Estate/Retail experience is an advantage
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
