We are looking for a technically strong and proactive Technical Head – Full Stack Development to lead our development team while remaining hands-on with software development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical projects, mentoring developers, conducting technical interviews and product demonstrations, providing client support, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the development team.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and MySQL.
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Design and optimize REST APIs and backend services.Troubleshoot and resolve frontend, backend, API, database, and deployment issues.
- Conduct technical interviews and evaluate developer candidates.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct technical demos, product walkthroughs, and solution presentations for clients.
- Provide technical support to clients during implementation and post-deployment.
- Coordinate with Product, Design, QA, HR, and Management teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage Git repositories, deployments, releases, and version control.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Drive continuous improvements in development processes and technology adoption.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and authorization.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Good knowledge of deployment and production support.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Prior experience leading projects or mentoring developers is preferred.
