Position: Senior Civil Engineer (Site Execution)
About the Role
Madhuban Developers is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Civil Engineer to independently manage construction site activities and successfully deliver projects from execution to completion.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in high-quality residential and commercial construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the complete construction site and day-to-day operations.
- Supervise all civil works from structural execution to final finishing.
- Ensure timely completion of the project with high-quality workmanship.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Oversee finishing works, including plaster, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, doors/windows, and MEP coordination.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project schedules and maintain progress as per timelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and management.
- Ensure material planning, inventory control, and proper site utilization.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues proactively.
- Successfully hand over completed projects with all finishing works executed to the highest standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Experience in managing high-rise building projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, quality control, and project execution.
- Ability to independently handle an entire project from start to finish.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, and project reporting.
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Salary
₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
