Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Process Engineer Quality Assurance to oversee in-house quality performance and drive continuous process improvement initiatives. The role focuses on reducing process rejection, improving First Pass Yield (FPY), and implementing effective corrective actions to ensure high product quality standards.
What you can expect
- Conduct daily Red Bin Analysis meetings to identify root causes of rejections and implement corrective actions
- Monitor, verify, and document process and product parameters in accordance with audit check sheets
- Plan and execute internal product audits to ensure compliance with process plans and quality standards
- Perform product layout inspections as per defined control plans
- Apply statistical methods to monitor and control process variations
- Drive initiatives to reduce process rejection and improve First Pass Yield (FPY)
- Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions related to field and line failures at the customer end
- Continuously monitor process performance and identify improvement opportunities
What we are looking for
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics & communication engineering, mechanical engineering or related field
- Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in process quality within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector
- Practical experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Exposure to internal audits and quality systems in a production environment
- Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and Core Quality Tools
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and process capability evaluation
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection techniques
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and process control concepts
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem solving-skills
- Proficiency in MS Office as well as SAP
- Experience with statistical Software such as Minitab
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Attributes:

- Proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams
