Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to expand our presence in the corporate gifting market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into long-term business partnerships.
The candidate should have prior experience in B2B sales and be comfortable interacting with decision-makers across organizations.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, field visits, exhibitions, and market research.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers in HR, Marketing, Procurement, Administration, and Management teams.
- Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
Sales & Client Management
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable gifting solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and effective lead management.
Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the corporate gifting sector.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demand.
Reporting
- Maintain records of sales activities, meetings, quotations, and customer interactions.
- Submit regular sales and pipeline reports to management.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, corporate gifting, promotional products, branding solutions, printing, stationery, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
Required Skills

- Experience in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, branding, advertising, or related industries.
- Existing network of corporate contacts will be an advantage.
- Comfortable with client meetings, field visits, and business development activities.
