Why are we hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst? We are hiring this position due to growth in our D-Wise arm of the business.
Reports to the Senior Director of Operations. The Business Intelligence Analyst will support d-wise by assisting in data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role involves transforming raw data into structured reports and dashboards that help stakeholders make informed business decisions that support project execution, assignment of staff, ongoing implementation efforts, and the end of month process.
The BI Analyst will contribute to data accuracy, visualization, and process improvements while developing foundational knowledge in business intelligence.

What are you responsible for?
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and maintaining datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Support the development and delivery of reports and dashboards that track project performance and key metrics.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide relevant data insights.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and potential process improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity, identifying and flagging inconsistencies.
- Stay updated on BI tools and industry trends to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities.
- Assist in creating and documenting BI processes, ensuring consistency and scalability in reporting methods.
- Support ad hoc data requests and exploratory analysis to provide actionable insights when required.
- Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience in a data analytics, BI, or related role.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data manipulation.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, NetSuite, or Salesforce is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret and visualize data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in the drug discovery or clinical trial sectors is an advantage but not required.
- Experience working under a Quality Management System.
