Requirements:
* 6 months to 5 years of experience in handling inbound calls, outbound calls, email support, and escalation cases
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
