Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Team Leader to manage and guide a team of Sales Executives in achieving sales and booking targets for residential and commercial real estate projects.
The candidate will be responsible for team management, lead handling, sales closures, client coordination, and overall performance monitoring of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales and booking targets.
- Allocate and monitor leads among team members.
- Track daily follow-ups, meetings, site visits, and closures.
- Assist team members in client handling and negotiations.
- Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Develop sales strategies to improve conversions and revenue generation.
- Coordinate with developers for inventory updates, pricing, offers, and project details.
- Ensure proper CRM updates and reporting by the team.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and closure discussions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales executives when required.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
