JOB DESCRIPTION: PACKING SUPERVISOR

A1 SKC Food Products Pvt Ltd is a leading FMCG food company based in Thirumani, Tamil Nadu.
We specialize in manufacturing quality snacks, namkeen, sweets and ready-to-eat products.
We are committed to hygiene, quality and mass production with wide distribution across South India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervise daily packing operations for snacks, sweets and FMCG products
2. Ensure production targets are met with required quality standards
3. Maintain food safety, hygiene and GMP standards in packing area
4. Check weight, sealing, labeling and packaging quality of finished goods
5. Manage and guide packing team of 15-25 operators
6. Assign work, monitor performance and provide on-job training
7. Coordinate with stores for packing materials - pouches, cartons, labels
8. Minimize wastage and control material usage
9. Maintain daily production, packing and rejection reports
10. Coordinate with Production Head and QA team
11. Ensure packing machines are running smoothly
12. Follow safety protocols and 5S in work area
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience in FMCG/Food Packing line
- Knowledge of weighing machines, sealing machines, conveyor systems
- Good team handling and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting
- Ability to work in shifts and meet deadlines
QUALIFICATION:
Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate with relevant experience in Food Industry
Note: Candidates with experience in high-speed packing lines preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
