BLOOD BANK TECHNOLOGIST - (1-4 Years ) ( Immediate Joiner Only)
- Perform blood typing, cross-matching, and antibody screening to ensure safe transfusion.
- Process, label, and store blood and its components (platelets, plasma) according to standard procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and perform daily quality control checks.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of donor and recipient test results.
- Coordinate with medical staff to provide blood products for emergency and scheduled procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and safety protocols (NABL/NABH).
